TUBESS Thesis Request
Theses and articles requested through the "TÜBESS-Turkey Document Supply and Lending System" can only be provided to our Master's and Doctorate students and Academic Staff.
Before making a request, check whether the thesis you are looking for can be downloaded from YÖK Thesis Center (https://tez.yok.gov.tr).
The theses requested through TUBESS will be given to the users as photocopies in printed format.
Thesis request forms will be received between 8.30-17.30 on Mondays and will be given to users between 08.30-17.30 on Thursdays and Fridays.
The user can request a maximum of 1 thesis per week.

Regarding the theses obtained through the TÜBESS Document Supply and Lending System, in the TÜBESS participation protocol by the YÖK thesis center:

6.3. OBLIGATIONS OF THE INSTITUTION MAKING THE REQUEST:

"6.3.5. The provider is obliged to deliver the electronic documents (articles etc.) transmitted by the library to the end user in printed format, to delete these documents from the computer systems and not to archive them in any way" as per the article; As of 18.05.2016, the theses obtained from YÖK thesis center will be given to the bidders in printed form. For this reason, a printout fee (20 kuruş) will be charged for each page of the theses, both back and forth (A5-A4 paper).
